X Analog Communications, Inc. is engaged in
a wide range of activities falling under the general
categories of “telecommunications” and/or
“data.” X Analog’s areas of expertise
include systems engineering; hardware/software design,
development, test, and evaluation; system design and
operations; design, development, and manufacturing of
specialized products and devices; provision of turnkey
communications services (voice, data, video, etc.);
provision of fixed and transportable C band/Ku band
uplink systems and services; provision of field support
services, installations, and maintenance; and consulting
services.
X Analog offers a wide variety of unique capabilities
that continue to attract customers ranging from small
“startup” operations to very large companies
that are dominant in their areas. X Analog has worked
extensively with companies such as General Instrument,
Scientific Atlanta, GTE, CLI, NBC Onsite, VYVX, Sprint,
Merrill Lynch, NTU, Westcott Communications, The May
Department Stores, Channel One, Primedia, Convergent
Media Systems, Skyport International, Federated Department
Stores, among numerous other customers. This work has
included: design and development of custom hardware
and software for satellite automated commercials and
news delivery, high-speed data and voice delivery systems,
virtual professor hardware and software for internet
teaching, uplink power control systems, downlink monitor
and control systems, Internet and WAN systems/applications,
and giga-bit speed network infrastructure design and
implementation
X-Analog also specializes in:
• Satellite network design, installation, maintenance,
monitoring, and control – including spending the
past several years gaining a wealth of experience with,
and developing products and services for, iDirect VSAT
networks.
• Distance learning (particularly with respect
to custom-hardware and software design and implementation
for network interactivity provisioning such as audio
talkback call origination, identification, answering,
display, logging, etc.).
X-Analog has over 20 full-time employees and over 100
part-time employees, contractors, and consultants.
